Bibo Shoes are made with quality instilled in every item. Equivalently, Bibo offers the same quality of customer service to our patrons, providing a shipping service that complements the quality of the business.
1. Bibo Shoes are made from genuine leather. Since leather is a natural material, tiny blemishes are also a natural occurrence. In fact, these markings are a testament of its authenticity and uniqueness.
2. Due to differences in electronic devices, some items may appear differently in real life compared to what is seen on screen.
1. What is your shipping process?
Upon payment, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your order number, shipping information and order summary. In case you will not be available at time of delivery, you may designate an authorized representative. Indicate the name and contact number of your representative on the “Add a note” field found upon check out. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once it is processed.
*By default, the shipping address will also be used as the billing address.
2. When will my package be shipped?
Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping address. Average shipping time is as follows: 3 days for Metro Manila destinations; 5 days for Luzon destinations; 7-10 days for Visayas and Mindanao destinations. If your order exceeds more than the stated delivery time, our customer service officer is happy to assist and update you regarding your order status. However, please be informed that shipping time provided are estimates. Bibo cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
3. How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we offer COD and credit card/ debit card payment via PayPal. We are working on providing you more options. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders as part of our introductory campaign, and may be subject to change without prior notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. What is your exchange policy?
We accept products for exchange within 7 days from receipt of item. You must notify us within the said time frame. To be eligible for exchanges, item must be new and unused. It must be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it. Bibo Shoes reserves the right to determine whether the item is defective or caused by normal wear and tear.
You are responsible for ensuring that items are shipped, tracked and insured to avoid any delays and losses. Bibo Shoes will not shoulder any shipping expenses for exchanges. However, if item is proved to be a manufacturing defect, Bibo Shoes will pay for the shipping to customer.
Exchanges are granted on a case to case basis. Bibo Shoes reserves the right to limit exchanges if the customer fails to comply with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
2. How can I make an exchange?
To help us determine if your item is deemed eligible for exchange, send us a message at email@example.com containing the following information:
a. Sales Invoice Number
b. Customer Name
c. Contact Number
d. Reason for Exchange
e. Picture of proof of purchase
f. Picture of Product and Original Packaging (Shoe box)
g. If reason is manufacturing defect, include clear pictures of defect
Our customer service officer will inform you when you can send your item for inspection. Please be informed that this will be further evaluated and will be subject to approval upon item receipt. If the returned item fail to pass inspection, Bibo Shoes will not shoulder shipping expenses to return the item to you.
3. Which items am I allowed to exchange with?
You can only exchange items of the same value or higher as the original item being returned. The price difference of items with higher value than the original item must be paid. You waive any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
4. Can I make an exchange for incorrect size?
We accept size exchanges, wherein you will shoulder all shipping costs. In instances that the item your ordered is no longer available in your size, you may request for a different style. The price difference of items with higher value than the original item must be paid. You waive any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
5. Can I exchange an online order to your retail stores?
As part of our service, you may exchange your online purchases to any of our branches. Please contact us at before visiting any branches for a seamless processing.

What is your policy regarding “Sale” items?
Items sold under “Sale” category are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items in this section are sold in as-is condition. Customer agrees that the item has been inspected at time of purchase, and he is satisfied and aware of any and all flaws and defects of the items, and has agreed to accept them without prejudice.
