Bibo Shoes are made with quality instilled in every item. Equivalently, Bibo offers the same quality of customer service to our patrons, providing a shipping service that complements the quality of the business.

GENERAL:

1. Bibo Shoes are made from genuine leather. Since leather is a natural material, tiny blemishes are also a natural occurrence. In fact, these markings are a testament of its authenticity and uniqueness.

2. Due to differences in electronic devices, some items may appear differently in real life compared to what is seen on screen. 

SHIPPING:

  1. What is your shipping process?
  • Upon payment, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your order number, shipping information and order summary.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once it is processed.
  • By default, the shipping address will also be used as the billing address.
  1. When will my package be shipped?
  • Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping address. Average shipping time is as follows: 3 days for Metro Manila destinations; 5 days for Luzon destinations; 7-10 days for Visayas and Mindanao destinations. If your order exceeds more than the stated delivery time, Bibo Shoes Customer Service Officer is happy to assist and update you regarding your order status. However, please be informed that shipping time provided are estimates. Bibo Shoes cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current travel restrictions, please expect delays with the delivery of your order.
  1. How can I pay for my order?
  • Currently, Bibo Shoes offers COD and credit card/ debit card payment via PayPal. Bibo Shoes is working on providing you more options. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  1. What is your exchange policy?
  • Bibo Shoes accepts products for exchange within 7 days from receipt of item. Bibo Shoes must be notified within the said time frame. To be eligible for exchanges, any item being returned must be:

+ In its original condition

+ Unused and unmarked

+ In the original packaging

+ Not defective as a result of misuse

+ Tags still attached

  • It is highly recommended to use the underside of the box cover when fitting the shoes, to ensure that the sole will remain in its pristine condition. Bibo Shoes reserves the right to determine whether the item is defective or caused by normal wear and tear.
  • For SIZE exchange, Bibo Shoes will only cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to the you. For STYLE exchange, Bibo Shoes will not cover any shipping costs during the exchange transaction. Hence, you will be responsible for ensuring that items are shipped, tracked and insured to avoid any delays and losses.
  • If item is proved to be a manufacturing defect, Bibo Shoes will pay for the shipping from and to you.
  • All items will be subject to quality check upon receipt. Exchanges are granted on a case to case basis. Bibo Shoes reserves the right to limit exchanges if you fail to comply with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
  1. How can I make an exchange?
  • To help us determine if your item is deemed eligible for exchange, send us a message at online.biboshoes@gmail.com containing the following information:
    1. Sales Invoice Number
    2. Customer Name
    3. Contact Number
    4. Reason for Exchange
    5. Picture of proof of purchase
    6. Picture of Product and Original Packaging (Shoe box)
    7. If reason is manufacturing defect, include clear pictures of defect
  • Bibo Shoes Customer Service Officer will inform you when you can send your item for inspection. Please be informed that this will be further evaluated and will be subject to approval upon item receipt. If the returned item fail to pass inspection, Bibo Shoes will not shoulder shipping expenses to return the item to you.
  1. Which items am I allowed to exchange with?
  • You can only exchange items of the same value or higher as the original item being returned. The price difference of items with higher value than the original item must be paid. You waive any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
  1. Can I make an exchange for incorrect size?
  • Yes, Bibo Shoes accept size exchanges, wherein you will shoulder the shipping cost of sending back the wrong size to us. Bibo Shoes will, then, cover the shipping of the correct size back to you for the first size exchange only. In instances that the item your ordered is no longer available in your size, you may request for a different style/color. The price difference of items with higher value than the original item must be paid. You waive any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
  1. Can I exchange an online order to your retail stores?
  • As part of Bibo Shoes' service, you may exchange your online purchases to any of Bibo Shoess branches. Please contact us at online.biboshoes@gmail.com before visiting any branches for a seamless processing.

REFUNDS:

  • Please contact us at online.biboshoes@gmail.com for any refund concerns. Refunds may be granted for special cases only.

ITEMS SOLD UNDER SALE:

  1.  What is your policy regarding “Sale” items?
  • Items sold under “Sale” category are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
